She died on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Serena’s career spanned decades in some of the country’s busiest restaurants. Before taking the helm at Parc under Starr Restaurants, she served as General Manager for China Grill Management. A native of Brooklyn, New York, she studied management at the College of New Rochelle and attended Bishop Kearney High School.
